Cara de Jarro narra a história de uma adolescente grávida, tentando escapar de uma comunidade do interior, após descobrir que ela pode ser sacrificado a uma criatura em um buraco. A entidade no poço requer uma vida para manter a comunidade segura. O rosto da pessoa a ser sacrificada é trabalhada em um jarro de cerâmica. Quando ignorada, a entidade libera um mal em toda a comunidade. Agora ninguém está a salvo assim que a tragédia recai sobre cada um dos membros e eles logo percebem que o poço quer o que quer.
